How may I speak directly to a customer service representative?

How can I put funds in my students Pioneer Card "Flex" or "Bookstore" account?
You will need your students ID number and then go online to
http://www.du.edu/pioneercard then click on "Make a Flex Deposit"
New Bookstore accounts may be activated by making a request at the Pioneer Card
Office or by calling 303-871-4545
How often is the Textbook information updated?
Please be aware that the DU Bookstore website is updated
periodically and textbooks, merchandise and prices listed are subject to change
as a result of faculty changes, publisher upgrades, cancelled classes, etc.
DU Bookstore is not responsible for the use of information available on the DU
Bookstore website for the purchase of textbooks or other merchandise from other
sources. Only merchandise purchased on the DU Bookstore website is subject to
DU Bookstore sale, return and exchange policies and procedures.
I'm trying to locate a specific item and you're not showing it on the website? Where can I find it?
We do have additional items beyond those shown on the website, Unfortunately since stock changes frequently we are unable to put all items on the site. You can contact the store directly with your inquiry and a customer service representative can assist you.
Do you ship to addresses outside the US?
We only ship to an address outside the US if you are a current student of DU, with a student ID number, and are ordering textbooks for your class. If you are a DU Alumnus and wish to order merchandise, exceptions can be made provided we are able to verify your address and credit card information.
When will I receive my order?
Orders must be placed before 12:00 Noon Denver Time for same day shipping. (Monday-Friday only)
Your merchandise will be shipped the next business day following the day you submit you order. Depending on your shipping method, orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive in the continental US. For orders outside the continental US an additional 7 days may be added to this time. If you have not received your order within 15 days please contact us and we will track the package for you.
I need to return or exchange some merchandise. How do I do this?
All textbook returns must be within the allotted time periods, which is 1
week from the start of class for a 10-week class and 1 week from the start of
class for a 5-week class, A receipt is required.
Textbooks may be returned within 30 days if accompanied by a drop slip
Trade books can be returned within 48 hours and general merchandise can be
returned within 30 days.
Computer items can be returned within 10 days if it is unopened or defective.
Returns can be done either in store or through the mail for online orders.

Why has an item been cancelled from my order?
Since the DU bookstore is a retail outlet that also has walk-in traffic, some items may have been sold before your order is processed. You will not be charged for the cancelled item. Please check back on the website for restocking or contact the store and we may be able to special order the item for you.
Why is my desired size not listed on the pull down menu?
The site is directly linked to our inventory, so if your size is not on the menu it is out of stock. Please peruse the site again in the next 2-3 weeks for availability, as the item is often on backorder. We apologize for the delay.
How do I know which books I need for class?
To ensure that you order the correct books you will need to have your course numbers with section, These are listed on your class schedule. You can then pull up that course number and all books for the class will be listed.
Why is my book out of stock?
If you are ordering prior or close to the start of class it is possible that the book has not yet arrived and we advise that you check the site regularly as we receive books daily. If you order after the start of class we may have sold out and advise you to contact the store to order.

Depending on the weight of the package, we will notify you of the cost by email or phone. Once you respond and approve the cost, we will process and ship your order.
